Butler County, No. CA91-12-202. This cause is pending before the court on the filing of a motion for an order directing the Court of Appeals for Butler County to certify its record. Upon consideration of appellants’ motion for stay and for supersedeas bond,

IT IS ORDERED by the court that said motion for stay and for supersedeas bond be, and the same is hereby, denied.

Sweeney, J., dissents and would set bond at $1,500.
