Opinion of the Court

Per Curiam.

After reviewing the record, we agree with the board’s findings of misconduct and its recommendation. Sharon A. Sullivan is, therefore, permanently disbarred'from the practice of law in Ohio. Costs taxed to respondent.

Judgment accordingly.
