Opinion of the Court

This cause is pending before the court as a discretionary appeal and a claimed .appeal of right. Upon consideration of appellant’s motion to continue the stay of execution and bond as ordered by the Cuyahoga County Common Pleas Court pending final resolution of this appeal and motion to expedite ruling,

IT IS ORDERED by the court that the motions be, and hereby are, granted, effective May 3, 1995.
