Painter v. Graley

Opinion of the Court

Cuyahoga County, No. 61148. On December 29, 1995, appellant filed a motion for leave to file a motion to partially vacate or reopen this court’s judgment of September 28, 1994. It appears to the court that appellant’s motion is, in substance, a request for reconsideration and, as such, is prohibited by S.CtJPrac.R. XI. Accordingly,

IT IS ORDERED by the court, sua sponte, that appellant’s motion be, and hereby is, stricken, effective January 9, 1996.
