In Mandamus. This cause originated in this court on the filing of a complaint for a writ of mandamus. Upon consideration of relators’ motion for temporary restraining order,

IT IS ORDERED by the court, sua sponte, effective January 17, 1996, that this cause be, and hereby is, dismissed.

Moyer, C.J., Wright, Resnick, F.E. Sweeney, Pfeifer and Cook, JJ., concur. Douglas, J., dissents and would grant a temporary restraining order.
