IT IS ORDERED by this court, swa sponte, effective May 7, 1997, that Philip N. DePalma, Attorney Registration No. 0019595, last known address in Scottsdale, Arizona, is found in contempt for failure to comply with this court’s order of October 18, 1996, to wit: failure to file an affidavit of compliance on or before November 18,1996.
