COLUMBUS BAR ASSOCIATION v. NICHOLS. [Cite as Columbus Bar Assn. v. Nichols, 2001-Ohio-105.] (No. 90-1705—Submitted and decided May 17, 2001.) ON APPLICATION FOR REINSTATEMENT. __________________ {¶ 1} This cause came on for further consideration upon the filing of an application for reinstatement by respondent LeRoy Alvin Nichols, Attorney Registration No. 0015743, last known address in Columbus, Ohio. {¶ 2} The court coming now to consider its order of August 28, 1991, wherein the court, pursuant to Gov.Bar R. V(6)(B)(3), suspended respondent for a period of one year, stayed the suspension and placed respondent on probation for a period of two years, and its orders of September 14, 1994, and November 17, 1994, wherein the court, pursuant to Gov.Bar R. V(9), revoked respondent’s probation and reinstated his one-year suspension, finds that respondent has substantially complied with the provisions of Gov.Bar R. V(10)(A). Therefore, {¶ 3} IT IS ORDERED by this court that LeRoy Alvin Nichols be, and hereby is, reinstated to the practice of law in the state of Ohio. {¶ 4} IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Clerk of this court issue certified copies of this order as provided for in Gov.Bar R.
