In Mandamus. This cause originated in this court on the filing of a complaint for a writ of mandamus regarding an expedited election matter. Upon consideration of relator’s motion for reconsideration of the decision entered March 8, 2002, and to add the Franklin County Board of Elections as a party respondent, and relator’s motion for peremptory writ of mandamus against the FranHin County Board of Elections,
