Ross v. Cuyahoga County Board of Revision

Opinion of the Court

Per Curiam.

{¶ 1} The decision of the Board of Tax Appeals (“BTA”) is vacated and the cause is remanded for further proceedings in light of Schwartz v. Cuyahoga Cty.
