This cause was dismissed for want of prosecution on September 5, 2018. It has come to the court's attention that the clerk of this court did timely receive appellant's memorandum in support of jurisdiction. Sua sponte, cause reinstated. The clerk of this court shall file appellant's memorandum in support of jurisdiction. Appellee shall have 30 days to file a memorandum in response.
