Watson v. State

Opinion of the Court

PER CURIAM.

Plaintiff in error was convicted in the county court of Oklahoma county on the 28th day of May, 1910, on a charge of selling intoxicating liquor, and his punishment fixed at imprisonment in the county jail for a period of thirty days and a fine of .fifty dollars. A careful examination of the record discloses no error prejudicial to the substantial rights of plaintiff in error, and the judgment of the trial court is, therefore, affirmed.
