PER CURIAM.

Judgment was pronounced against appellant on the 18th day of January, 1910, for a violation of the prohibitory liquor law, and his punishment was assessed at a fine of $50 and imprisonment in the county jail for a perior of 30 days. Appellant did not perfect his appeal until the 28th day of May, 1910, which was long after the expiration of the time allowed by law for perfecting said appeal This court therefore did not acquire jurisdiction of this case and the appeal is dismissed.
