Brown v. State

Opinion of the Court

PER CURIAM.

Plaintiff in error was convicted on the 2nd day of November, 1909, on a charge of selling intoxicating liquor, and his punishment fixed at a fine of two hundred dollars and imprisonment in the county jail for a period of ninety days. We find no material error in the record. The judgment of the trial court is therefore affirmed, with directions to that court to enforce the judgment and sentence.
