Carmack v. State

Opinion of the Court

PER CURIAM.

Plaintiffs in error were convicted in the county court of Coal county on the 12th day of May, 1910, on a charge of having the unlawful possession of intoxicating liquor, and were each sentenced to pay a fine of fifty dollars and serve thirty days in the county jail. A careful examination of the record discloses no error prejudicial to the substantial rights of the plaintiffs in error, and the judgment of the trial court is, therefore, affirmed.
