This is a petition for writ of habeas corpus, filed February 22nd, 1913, wherein it is alleged that petitioners M. E. Terry and Clarence Searcey are restrained of their liberty and are unlawfully imprisoned by John C. Lewis, sheriff of Grady county.
On consideration the application presented in open court this 22nd day of February, the writ is. denied.
