Plaintiffs Amended Complaint supersedes the Complaint and renders it of no legal effect. See Davis v. TXO Prod. Corp.,

(0th Cir. 1991). Accordingly, the pending Motion to Dismiss (Doc. No. 6) is DENIED AS MOOT.
