O R D E R

Before the Court is the Report and Recommendation of United States Magistrate Judge Gary M. Purcell entered March 2, 2021 [Doc. No. 42]. No objection to the Report and Recommendation has been filed nor has an extension of time in which to object been sought or granted.1 Therefore, the Report and Recommendation of the Magistrate Judge is ADOPTED and Defendants’ Motion for Summary Judgment [Doc. No. 22] is GRANTED and this action is DISMISSED. A separate Judgment shall be entered contemporaneously with this Order.
