. On April 28, 2025, Judge Mitchell issued a Report and Recommendation (Dkt. 19), recommending that the Court affirm the final decision of Defendant Commissioner. Judge Mitchell advised the parties of their right to object to the Report and Recommendation on or before May 12, 2025, and that any failure to do so would result in a waiver of the right to appellate review.1 Neither party has filed an objection to the Report & Recommendation (Dkt. 19) within the time limit prescribed.
