This is a writ of review proceeding challenging the court’s action granting a zone change request. The zone change was granted on the ground that a previous decision of the court’s changing the comprehensive plan was valid. That plan change decision was reversed in Sunnyside Neighborhood v. Clackamas Co. Comm., 280 Or 3, 569 P2d 1063 (1977), thus also invalidating the zone change at issue here.

Reversed and remanded.
