Cite as 302 Or App 114 (2020) 115 PER CURIAM Subsequent events have overtaken this appeal in which mother seeks reversal of an order denying her motion under ORS 419B.923 to set aside permanency judgments pertaining to her son, W. In mother’s direct appeal of those judgments, we reversed them, thereby setting them aside ourselves. Dept. of Human Services v. V. A. R., 301 Or App 565, 456 P3d 681 (2019). That renders this appeal moot.

To the extent this appeal might implicate ORS 14.175, we would decline to exercise our discretion under that statute to resolve an otherwise moot dispute. We accordingly dis- miss the appeal.

Appeal dismissed.
