SCHERZINGER v. PORTLAND CUSTODIANS CIVIL SERVICE BD.
OREGON SUPREME COURT.
Petition for review allowed. Petitioner's petition for review is allowed. The decision of the Court of Appeals is vacated and this case is remanded to the Court of Appeals for reconsideration in light of Walter v. Scherzinger, 339 Or. 408, 121 P.3d 664 (2005).
