The court did not receive a statement of costs and disbursements within 14 days after its Decision of Dismissal was entered. See TCR-MD 16 C(1).
This matter came before the court on its own motion to dismiss for lack of prosecution.
On July 7, 2015, the court issued its Order, instructing Plaintiffs to submit three mutually convenient trial dates by July 20, 2015. The court’s Order stated that failure to comply with the deadline set forth therein would result in dismissal of Plaintiffs’ appeal.
Plaintiffs’ deadline has passed and the court has not received three mutually convenient trial dates – or any other communication – from Plaintiffs. As a consequence, the court finds this matter should be dismissed for lack of prosecution. Now, therefore, /// /// /// ///
