IN THE OREGON TAX COURT MAGISTRATE DIVISION Income Tax SHANNON McSHANE, ) ) Plaintiff, ) TC-MD 170260G ) v. ) ) DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE, ) State of Oregon, ) ) Defendant. ) FINAL DECISION1 Defendant in its Answer agreed to reverse the Notice of Proposed Refund Adjustment from which Plaintiff appealed. Defendant’s Answer stated that its agreement was based on additional information provided by Plaintiff with her Complaint. Because Defendant agreed to provide the substantive relief requested in the Complaint, this case is ready for decision. Now, therefore, IT IS THE DECISION OF THIS COURT that Defendant shall cancel its Notice of Proposed Refund Adjustment, dated July 3, 2017.
