We think the court below committed no error in awarding the fund in controversy to the administrator c. t. a., of William H. Abel, deceased. The correctness of this conclusion is *535so well shown in the opinion of the learned judge as to below render further discussion by us unnecessary.

Decree affirmed and appeal dismissed at the costs of the appellants.
