This is an appeal by the Equitable Trust Company, receiver, from the same judgment in which we have this day filed an opinion, ante, p. 35. What is said in that opinión applies with equal force to this appeal, and it is unnecessary to repeat it. We do not discover that the appellant has any just ground of complaint.

The appeal is dismissed and the judgment is aifirmed.
