ORDER OF DISMISSAL William Lacell Dark, Jr., has filed a pro se Petition under

, purporting to challenge his pretrial detention in Criminal Action Number 21-413 (W.D. Pa., Bissoon, D.J., presiding). See Doc. 1. As the Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit has made clear, Section 2241 is not the proper vehicle. Reese v. Warden Phila. FDC,

(3d Cir. 2018) (citation omitted). Rather, the Bail Reform Act provides a comprehensive scheme governing pretrial-release decisions.

This deficiency warrants a sua sponte dismissal. LeBron v. Ebbert,
