Opinion of the Court

Per Curiam.

There is no appellant before us but the Commonwealth, and she has actually been paid by the contractor’s certificate retained according to law and'justice by the Auditor-General. In marshalling the securities, the court had a right to take this fact into view, and it has given it exactly the weight it deserves. We concur in the opinions of the presiding judge for the reasons he has given. Decree affirmed.
