The Supreme Court affirmed the judgment of the Common Pleas on May 2nd, 1883, in the following opinion,

Under the facts found by the special verdict there is no error in the j udgment entered thereon. The right to recover the sum .specified in the certificate is clear. ' Whether that sum can be collected by legal process after judgment is a question not now before us.

Judgment affirmed.
