Watterson v. Patrick

Opinion of the Court

Per Curiam :

The latter firm was engaged in the same general business as *263the former firm. The duration of the latter was a question of fact. Whether the debt which was the consideration of these 'notes, was contracted during its existence, was well and fairly submitted to the jury. The evidence justifies the verdict.

Judgment affirmed.
