Zimmerman v. Township of Conemaugh
Zimmerman v. Township of Conemaugh
1 Sadler 519; 5 A. 45; 1886 Pa. LEXIS 747
Zimmerman v. Township of Conemaugh
Opinion of the Court
We have considered all tbe questions presented in this case. The law was declared quite as favorably for tbe plaintiff as could be justified. Tbe duty of a township to keep its roads and bridges in repair was affirmed in no uncertain language. Tbe evidence tending to prove contributory negligence on tbe part of the young men who drove tbe horses was properly received. It was well submitted to tbe jury. We see no error to correct.
Judgment affirmed.;
