Phelps v. Cornog

Phelps v. Cornog
Supreme Court of Pennsylvania · Decided April 5, 1886
2 Sadler 147; 4 A. 922; 1886 Pa. LEXIS 710

Phelps v. Cornog

Opinion of the Court

Per Curiam:

We think the justice’s record shows every fact essentially nec*152essary to support the judgment. Tlie writ was served four days before the time of hearing. The time for the latter was sufficiently designated in the writ, and we do not think the manner of stating the judgment for damages and costs to be so irregular as to constitute just cause for reversal.

Judgment affirmed.
