Dick v. Bovaird

Opinion of the Court

Per Curiam :

We think a fair construction of the contract imposed no obligation upon the appellees to account for and pay royalty on jars-not merchantable. This agrees with the finding of the master and the conclusion of the court. It was correctly held that the parol evidence ivas not sufficient to change the written contract.

We see no error in the decree.

Decree affirmed and appeal dismissed, at the costs of the appellants.
