Welsh's Appeal
Supreme Court of Pennsylvania · Decided March 14, 1887
5 Sadler 494; 10 A. 34; 1887 Pa. LEXIS 684

Welsh's Appeal

Opinion of the Court

Per Curiam:

These cases were argued together. They are from the same decree. The court correctly held that all the evidence was insufficient to prove a waiver of the limitation of the act of 1834. *501Nothing less than clear and undoubted evidence should be held sufficient to extend the lien of debts against the real estate of a decedent. The assignments of error are not sustained.

Decree affirmed in each case, and the appeals dismissed, at the costs of the respective appellants therein.
