Delaware River & Lancaster Railroad v. Rowland

Opinion of the Court

Pee Ouexam:

We have examined the authorities cited by the counsel for the plaintiff and carefully considered their able and zealous arguments, yet we are not able to find any error in the record which *110demands a reversal of this judgment. The evidence of abandonment of the road was sufficient to submit that fact to the jury.

Judgment affirmed.
