OPINION by

This appeal was argued with Enarr v. Elgren, ante, 172, and, for reasons stated in tbe opinion in tbat case, tbe order or decree opening tbe judgment must be reversed. At tbe trial before tbe jury tbe testimony was more voluminous, but substantially tbe same, as on tbe bearing of tbe rule for opening tbe judgment.

Decree reversed, at tbe costs of tbe appellee. Record remitted.
