Having carefully examined the opinion of the learned judge *487of the court below, we deem it unnecessary to add anything to what he has so well said. Nothing, therefore, remains for ns but to concur in the decree which he has made.

The appeal is dismissed and the decree affirmed, at the costs of appellants.
