Louchheim v. Davies

Louchheim v. Davies
Supreme Court of Pennsylvania · Decided April 18, 1892 · Green, McCollum, Mitchell, Paxson, Sterrett
148 Pa. 499; 24 A. 72; 1892 Pa. LEXIS 1010

Louchheim v. Davies

Opinion of the Court

Per Curiam,

We are of opinion that the facts of this case justified the instructions of the court. It was for the jury to say, under all *502the evidence, whether Clarence Davies had authority to bind the defendant to accept the coats in question. As there is nothing else in the case, it does not require discussion.

Judgment affirmed.
