Stafford v. Devereux

Opinion of the Court

Per Curiam,

There is nothing in either of the ten specifications of error that requires a reversal of the judgment. Plaintiff’s case depended on questions of fact, as to which there was such con*280fiict of testimony as necessarily carried the cáse to the jury. Their verdict in favor of the defendant implies a finding of controlling facts against the plaintiff.

J ndgment affirmed.
