- Trust and trustees—Irrevocable deed of trust—Husband and wife. Where a man at a time when he is engaged to be married executes an irrevocable deed of trust in which no provision is made for his future wife, and which he himself cannot revoke, and subsequently marries, the wife during the life of her husband has no standing to have the deed set aside on the ground that it was in fraud of her marital rights.
