ORDERED that E. BRANDT BYTH-ROW, be subjected to PUBLIC CENSURE by the Supreme Court.

It is further ORDERED that respondent shall pay costs to the Disciplinary Board pursuant to Rule 208(g), Pa.R.D.E.
