In light of decision in Mart Realty, Inc. v. Norberg, 111 R. I. 402, 303 A.2d 361, and in view of respondent, in response to petitioner’s motion, stating that he raises no objection thereto, the motion is granted: the petition for certiorari is granted, the judgment entered in the Superior Court is quashed, and the case is remitted to the Superior Court for entry of judgment in accordance with the prayers in the petition.
