APPEAL DISMISSED
Acting Chief Attorney Joseph L. Savitz, III, Office of Appellate Defense, of Columbia, for Appellant.
Attorney General Henry Dargan McMaster, Chief Deputy Attorney General John W. McIntosh, Assistant Deputy Attorney General Salley W. Elliott, Office of the Attorney General, all of Columbia; and Solicitor Robert M. Ariail, for Respondent.
PER CURIAM: Appellant, George Wesley Johnson, pled guilty to committing a lewd act on a child. The trial judge sentenced him to fifteen years, suspended upon the service of six years with five years probation. Johnsons counsel attached to the brief a petition to be relieved as counsel, stating that he had reviewed the record and concluded this appeal lacks merit. Johnson did not file a separate pro se brief. We dismiss[1] pursuant to Anders v. California, 386 U.S. 738 (1967) and State v. Williams, 305 S.C. 116, 406 S.E.2d 357 (1991). Counsels petition to be relieved is granted.
APPEAL DISMISSED.
