Forasmuch as this Cause was Ordered to be set down to be heard at the request of the Complainant without the knowledge or privity of her Counsel; *294It is this day Ordered by this Court at the Motion of Mr. Allein and Mr. Blake-wey of the Complainants Counsel, that the said Order be discharged, and that the Complainant be at liberty to make exceptions or reply to the Defendant’s answer.
