Opinion of the Court

Upon Motion of the Partys Complainants and Defendants their Council in Court, It is Ordered That N otwithstanding any former Order, the arguing of the Demurrer filed in this Cause, be deferred until the Twenty first day of June next insuing the date hereof, or at the first meeting of the Court after-wards, in case there be not then a sufficient number of His Majesty’s Council met to hold a Court of Chancery according to Law.
