Porter v. Peterson

It is Ordered on Motion of Mr. Whitaker of the Complainants Counsel, That the Plea and Demurrer filed in this Cause be set down to be argued on the 21st day of June Next insuing the date hereof, or at the first meeting of The Court after that time, in case there be not then a sufficient number of His Majesty’s Council present, to hold a Court of Chancery as the Law directs.
