Porter v. Drake

Opinion of the Court

The Matter upon The Plaintiff’s Bill, and The Defendants Plea and Demurrer put in thereunto, being this day heard and debated before this Court, in the presence of Counsel learned on both sides; it appeared That The Plaintiff’s Bill doth contain sufficient matter of Equity for the said Defendants to make an answer unto;

Wherefore This Court doth over-rule the said Plea and Demurrer.
