Opinion of the Court

The Parties attending according to An Order o£ the 29th o£ November last past, Mr. Carrington and Mr. Blakewey of the Defendants Counsel now offered some reasons against the Order made in this Cause the 5th of July last; But it being late at Night, and the Parties having desired some further time, It is Ordered That the further hearing of the Cause be put off until to Morrow.
