Opinion of the Court

The Complainants Counsel appearing and the Court having staid till five of the Clock for the Defendants Upon their non appearance It was Ordered by the Court That pursuant to the Decree the Negroes should be brought and delivered in Court to the Complainant and the summe of three hundred and sixty pounds above mentioned should at the same time be lodged by the Complainant for the use of the Defendant in the hands of the Master of this Court.
