Opinion of the Court

Mr. Whitaker of Council for The Plantiff [interlined Defendant?] moved to have the last Order read, as also the Defendants Amendments in his *334Said Answer which was read Accordingly and The Defendant having since put in a full and present Answer to the plantiffs bill, and thereby denyed the whole Equity thereof: It was therefore prayed that the said Injunction may Stand Absolutely dissolved, which is Ordered accordingly.
