Opinion of the Court

Upon reading the Petition of John Kinnaird this day preferred by Mr. Hume his Proctor praying for a Writt of Supercedas to discharge him by the Provost Marshall from his Arrest as likewise a Writt of Protection dureing his Attendance on this Court, Which being read and Considered, Ordered that the Respondent or his Attorney do Attend here this afternoon to Shew Cause why the same might not be granted.
